Felicia Rabon

Felicia Rabon, HR/Volunteer Coordinator: “Assisting individuals to reach their highest level of independence,” Felicia Rabon has over 20 years of experience in program coordination and training delivery throughout her career in social services and is responsible for the coordinating YES volunteers and training. Felicia has provided instruction and presentations in small group communication, strategic planning, leadership, partnership development and volunteer relations with various community organizations in Dallas.

As a native of Dallas, Felicia grew up in Oak Cliff and is committed to Youth Empowered for Success vision to “Invest, Mentor, Teach, Nourish and Build underprivileged youth and teens in Dallas County.”

Felicia graduated from Texas A&M University College Station, TX with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology her hobbies include traveling, scrap-booking, and card games.
